I exercised religiously last time I was on LT (1st day today back on). And it did seem to help with losses but more importantly it helps with firming, so you will be left with less saggy skin... Xx

Just be careful in the 1st few weeks.. Your calorie intake on TFR is just enough to see you through normal life, when you exercise you will burn loads more and possibly convince your body its in 'negative equity' or starvation and then weight loss can slow but moreover it can be an issue when you start back to normal eating.

thanx ladies for the advice i think i will just take it easy at the gym n not go to mad xx
It slowed it down for me the first time I was on lipotrim.....But maybe that's just me :)
