Because I'm allergic to artificial sweeteners, I use most of my syns on sugar and honey. I also use them on olive oil, sauces like ketchup, extra light mayo, gravy and occasionally for wine in cooking, I'm not much of a drinker.
Vodka! Or if I'm craving chocolate curly wurleys, or quavers if I need crisps, I generally have no more than 5 a day and alot of the time none and then I can drink loads at the weekend ahaha the joys of being young
I probably don't use up enough syns, I just worry that if I deliberately use them, that I'll accidentally go over what I should have.... I tend to just use them up (uncounted) on oil in cooking, HP sauce and gravy. Just about the only syns I positively and determinedly have on a regular basis is a digestive biscuit with one of my cups of tea most days. Saddo, aren't I
