I do a lot of walking, i try to cycle down to the village when i can with the weather! I have an exercise bike for indoors when the weather is bad. I swim regularly & when i have lost a bit more weight, i am starting a 'couch to 5k' if my knees will stand it
I also do dvd workouts & my own exercises from the internet.
I have recently started more exercising & have noticed a big difference in my arms - more toned, my waist is appearing again & my thighs are slimmer, more work to do though!
I did it really as i have so many clothes i can't get into .. if i am not careful, my daughter will be pinching them all
