Hi newbie here, what exercise does everyone do, I was on celeb slim doing swimming, pilates, zumba and the gym was doing this about 5 times per week, did lose but not enough so Joined lipotrim so determined I need to lose 9 stone
Hi, I just dont want to have excessive skin Ive got a very large tummy I look about 8 months pregnant so I want to exercise so no lose skin, do you think yoga/pilates is ok than xxx
yeah id say yoga and pilates would be fine, after the first couple of week, you'l find u can do more, so go with how u feel and do what your body thinks you can do. just dont do too much x
