ive been snacking on humous and carrots too and some celery. boots salted popcorn keeps my nibbles at bay too. quite a big bag for 2pp

I have been snacking on banana and blueberry smoothies, and morrisons low fat dip with carrots and celery. Yumm

Im also looking forward to a cup of tea and a crunchie a little later too, yum love this diet!
