what happens at meetings?

I will have to tell you tomorrow as I willbe attending my first one! I've been doing it on-line for just over two weeks, but I popped in on one last week to buy some bits and thought it looked rather good, so I've changed my membership and I will be there tomorrow at 5.30pm!

You queue, get weighed then get talked at for a bit. Then you can leave (first time they'll explain the plan so you'll be there a few mins longer)

Pretty much that...you wait around a bit, you get weighed, then have a talk. You'll also, no doubt, go and browse the shop they'll have at meetings too...could never resist the call of the WW chocolate bars myself!
