Thanks for the reply's to my thread about exercise routines. I noticed a lot of you do a 30 shred.....what is it please?

The 30 day shred is by Jillian Michaels.
You complete the workout every day for 20 minutes starting with level one, then two then three.
You can by the DVD for about a fiver or check it out on YouTube.
Here are my results from doing it last year.
