What is a new rep comment?

Whats a new rep comment? it was up on the top right handside, but when i clicked on it, it just brought be to my cp thingy!

Its gone now though :S

you can give perople rep points down the right hand side of the avatar.. someone gives you a rep comment if they like the post or if it has been informative.. you collect them and it shows under your picture hth x

oh and if you scroll down your user cp you can see if there is comments left by anyone xxx
