    its a porridge portion mixed with yougurt, it gives you a healthy ex b without having to use a healthy ex a

    great if you drink tea and coffee

    if you do a search on 'magic porridge' it should explain - its a mullerlight and a oat so simple (as an example) and you add it and leave it overnight and then its all absorbed and yummy!!!

    thats my understanding of the basic principle anyways!!!

    Extra nice mixed with fruit (cherries in my case and 0% total plus sweetener instead of a muller) ;o)

    It can be made from any oats. I like it but it makes me very bloated and windy :eek:

    Usually yes, but you can pop it in the microwave if you want. It doesn't do anything for me personally but lots of people love it.
