What is the difference between Celebrity Slim and Slim Fast?

Hello I'm new to the Forum and new to any sort of meal replacement diet. Although a veteran of SW and dabbled a bit in WW

Just can't get a grip of either SW or WW at the moment and saw Celebrity Slim in my local chemist.

Back to my original question... what is the difference between CS and the Slim fast that I see in the supermarkets?

I am not sure what the ingredient difference is but I have used SF in the past and never ever felt full with it but with CS I feel full straight away and it lasts me until the next meal time. Also the meal that you have at night has to be low carb. I never lost much with SF but with CS I have just lost 6lbs in my first week.

I see you have just started can I ask... can you just walk into the chemist and buy CS or do you have to register and get weighed at the chemist?

The reason I ask is that our chemist in tiny and the scales are just on the counter where everyone pays Not very discreet :flirt2:

I don't get weighed in the chemist. Our chemist is a small one too. I just go in and buy what I need but the ladies in there are lovely and really take an interest which is nice.
And you only have to mix the cs shakes with water not milk and they taste much nicer than sf too x

the main diff is SF has TWICE the amount of fat her shake, a few more cals. not as many mins and vits. and doesn't fill you. plus tastes sickenly sweet

well I lasted 2 days on slim fast and it went ahem straight through me.

CS is much nicer and is easy to stick to.

Slim fast is based on calorie counting wheras CS is low carb and a but low cal

do these diets actually work? i always look at them but find them hard to believe!
