    It's got 3 levels which you build up to over 30 days.

    Aaah, thank you Jess. If its hard then I think I'll pass! Keep promising myself a session on the wii but just never seem to get there.

    She is brutal (Jillian Michaels) but her workout is fab. Don't write it off so soon! It is actually something that I was able to do at 190lbs so give it a shot at least before you think it's too much. :) Keep up the good work in any case!
