What is this plan

Its a tfr which is total food replacement. It means you cant eat any food you drink black tea black coffee and water (i have 6 pints a day ) then you have 3 shakes made with water or 2 if your a man" it puts you in to ketosis(hopefully someone can pop along with the science bit) the weight loss is quite fast being about 2 stone in the first month and roughly a stone every month there after although it varies between ppl its hard to start with but generally after the first week you feel fantastic hope that helps
