What is your tip for makin it through DDs?
I have 2! LOL
I wait as long as I can to eat!
Which is usually around lunch time! I drink coffee or hot tea all morning and lots of water! LOL
And #2 - SOUP! It keeps me full!
Ok... Maybe I have 3! LOL
I love bread! So I have found this really low cal bread, and I use 2 pieces of it for 80 cals... Then I put a little cinnamon and sugar on it for another 15 cals... and I can't belive its not butter spray... And I have something I can eat that has sugar in it and gives me a little energy for about 100 cals! LOVE IT!
