What NOT to do on LT

1. Never ever try to heat up strawberry to see what it tastes like.....don't ask me why i felt the need to try but its vile

2. Never mix it up in the shaker when the lid isn't on correctly

3. Never try to mix LT in the car

4. And finally never ever put your shaker in the microwave....you may need to buy a new one (I do)

I got stuck on the motorway earlier today and was hungry so I thought I'd mix a shake in the car .....I was in a non moving trail but I still managed to spill it everywhere.

The strawberry was a mistake, I opened it thinking it was choc and had put warmish water in so then popped it in the microwave. Very stupid as it bubbled over , melted the shaker into a funny shape and tasted yukky !!
And its only 4.30 time for loads more disasters

When I read your post I had an image of you driving down the motorway, vigorously shaking your shaker to the sound of the radio - I know LT makes us a bit deranged but come on..... then I read your later response and you shattered my illusions...
Never mind, there is always tomorrow..
