Hi all,
I'm going to the pub tonight with my friend and want to stay on plan, but have literally no idea what to drink! I will be driving so nothing alcoholic and I don't like fizzy things, so I think I'm basically limited to fruit juice and J2O. I know J2O are quite high in syns, so wanted to avoid them. Is fruit juice better? Or any other ideas?
