What to eat before the gym?

Not a gym bunny - but take loads of water - maybe train on something quite light, you dont wanna feel sluggish - eat after maybe?

If you have only just started going one would imagine you aren't covering great distances on the treadmill (10km+) so really you need eat nothing out of the ordinary, you have the energy you need stored in the muscles. Just make sure you wait at least an hour before going otherwise it'll sit in your stomach and make you feel uncomfortable.
