    Hi Everyone,

    I hope you're all okay.

I'm going out for a friend's birthday tomorrow, and I'm not sure where we're going yet, but it might be an Indian . I really need advice on what to order so that I don't go too far over my calories.

    Thanks in advance

    Carol

Hello, just butting in from the CD forum haha :) if they do a saag dish, you'd be able to have that. It's spinach and tomato, not a creamy dish, and it's really nice. And any dry dish like the chicken tikka starters you can get, so it's basically chicken pieces cooked in spices. Try and have poppadoms instead of naan if you can :)

    Enjoy your meal!
