Large mushrooms

bacon
garlic
frylight
1 16g Boursin cheese (3 syns) or 1oz grated cheese (either HeA or 6 syns)
Fry onions, bacon, stalk of mushroom in pan with frylight and garlic until softened.
Fill middle of mushroom and top with the boursin cheese..heat under grill..simple yet delicious!
My curry & rice. (actually, my neighbour's recipe which was tweaked to suit SW). Very authentic and well worth the time & effort. I have to have it at least once every couple of weeks!
mmm I don't do original often but last night I had mini chicken fillets covered with a creamy mushroom and garlic sauce, made using the laughing cow light. It was really tasty.
