If you went from cd to atkins ? would you gain weight?

i m not going to do it.. just curious.. because atkin and cd makes you go into ketosis.. was wondering how they differ in weight loss.. and would you gain weight if you moved from cd to atkins?

You shouldn't gain weight but I think the weight loss would be slower because of the increase in calories.

Atkins relies on the drop in carbs for the weight loss - when I did Atkins I was eating under 20g of carbs per day.

You would most probably gain weight by going from CD to Atkins - the best thing to do is to finish your weight loss on CD then go to a low GI eating plan.
