i am amazed that i am still under my intake for the day. and i had a tiny cheat! so this is what i ate

7almonds, Special k bar, shredded wheat

chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sweatcorn

turkey, 3 new potatoes, cabbage, broccali, couliflor, a lil yorshire pudding [treat]

mini mince pie!

so i guess making good choices at lunch and dinner really works, i feel really full. so tomorrow have to stay away from the treat!

i know its pretty much the same as yesterday, well identical, i just find it easier hehe

feeling hungry at 3ish, so trying to think of a handy snack to eat while i catch up with marking once the kids leave.

lunch -Pasta (yuk, forgot lunch and had to buy from school canteen) - 600ish

Dinner - dinner - turkey, 3 new potatoes, cabbage, broccali, couliflor - 175 cals

Snacks, lemon slice :S 3 choc fingers....

not a great day. work was 8-5, very long meeting after work :(
