Heya. It will vary from person to person. I personally find I get better losses when doing red, but EE can have good losses too, if you make sure you have enough super speed foods.
I find red days are best for me, but does depend on the person. A friend of mine swears by Green days.
I havent yet tried EE but am planning on trying soon.
Im experimenting with red and green this week after doing the free trial menu last week (it doesnt say which plan its on) i think i understand but have a feeling im doing it wrong!
