I swear by strong black coffee!

You could try senecot or dulcolax but if you go for dulcolax only take one as it's strong stuff!!

Yep ducolax. I took one this morning at 9am and i went at half 7 this evening. Good stuff ;)

Strong coffee and a senokot does it for me. Also going more regularly without the need for senokot since I started eating a flapjack every day. Coconut only, as I prefer this to the peanut one.

I use fybogel...seems to work, although not as quick as some mentioned above.

i use dulcoease when needed just 1 tablet very effective also ensure your drinking plenty of water to ensure your hydrated

I didnt go once this week on refeed and took two ducolax... I went but I was kind of disapointed lol!!
