Hiya, it's been 2.5yrs since I last did sw and planning to rejoin in November but I wanted to check some things

1: are mullerlights still free? Are there any cheaper free ones?
2: are mug shots and pasta n sauce still free?
3: is smash pizza still free?

No doubt more will occur to me soon!

Some mullerlights, pasta & sauce and mugshots are free, others are synned, it depends on flavour. Try the syns sub-forum for details of which if you are not a member
Smash pizza is synned at 4.5 syns per 25 powdered mash

The yoghurts are still free, I believe there are some lidl ones that are free but I am unsure of the name

Most mugshots are free

Smash pizza is a hard one as smash is still free but some people count it as a tweak so you are meant to syn it but if all in moderation I can't see it being a problem

I think that if you're having the Smash pizza as part of a meal then it's free but if you want it to snack on then it should be synned - that's my take on it anyway. If you want something tasty and free to snack on then you can't beat a SW quiche or frittata.
