Was marinated tofu. Couldn't find an exact number for the flavour I had so went with the worst case scenario

I had smoked mackeral mixed salad carrot cucumber and crispbread, sounds nice but ive gone right off the mackeral made me feel bit ill tbh dont no why i chose that

Friday- Quorn chilli with rice (free!) and a slice of Lemon cheesecake (1.5 Syns)
Saurday- Roasted veg pasta bake (1.5 Syns) with salad and a slice of choc orange roulade (2 Syns)

Making a big breakfast again but trying the hash browns for the first time! Never made them before. So going to be 2 sainsburys sausages, bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, and hash browns if they turn out ok
