whats for lunch

I made it the night before and to be honest it dried up really badly, probebly best to have it fresh... It's the carbonara only I didn't have mushrooms so I substituted it for corn :)
It was still really tasty, plus I added chilli powder to the sauce

Sorry what I meant to say was, was the sauce heated up it did you just stir it in whilst cold? X

W/W wholemeal pitta bread (heb) filled with sliced boiled egg and loads of salad.
 
Well for lunch I dont know how to syn this because obviously there is some free food allowance in the salad and they use a very low fat vinaigrette dressing so I will be syning the feta cheese it's co-op greek salad is anyone knows please let me know :)

It says 180 cals for the whole pack so 9 syns if all else fails

I've had crab sticks which are free

And melon and grape for superfee waking with salad

If you take the feta as your hea you can deduct 6 syns so I would say three to be on the safe side

Just a light lunch for me today as we're eating out (Nando's) tonight so I really want to save myself for that. I've just had strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and grapes topped with a strawberry Danio (1).
