Had sausage cassoulet (small portion) and hea and heb of cheese spread on toast

Just had Ham & tuna salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mixed peppers with 2xlaughing cow (part HEA) followed by a small fruit salad of apple, grapes & melon

Spaghetti and sausages.... Yum!! But 7 syns guys....!!! Eeeek xx

A big bowl of homemade veg soup with 2 wholemeal bread

pasta in 5 mins, with fresh brocolli and carrots. A frozen mullerlight but left it in too long so I'm now patiently (not) waiting for it to defrost abit so that I can eat it

Lunch today (well a bit later on because we got up late) will be salad with hard boiled eggs, 2 tbsp extra light mayo (2 syns) with some curry powder mixed in
