Sunday Lunch: Sweet potato and spinach curry (free), 1/2 tub Veetee rice (1/2 syn), overcooked white cabbage (bluerggh)

I've just had a freshly laid egg (this morning ) with mushooms on wholemeal toast and it was bl**dy gorgeous!

Oooooooo! Do you know what, a SW egg mayo sandwich is something I haven't thought of since I started the plan which is daft as I have eggs and LF mayo and I love chunky egg mayo sandwiches.

Thanks for the idea... Guess what I'll be having tomorrow!!

Well its very quick and simple actually. I buy the nandos rubs(whole pack 4 syns I use a quarter at a time) rub over chicken breast and shove under the grill. Really nice. Got the bbq one atm
