Had pasta salad with quorn bbq fillets, mayo, sweetcorn and salad
 
Ryvita cheese tom cue and betroot....again

Jacket potato with cheese (hea) and beans.
 
Finn crisps with cottage cheese and salad veg( toms,cucumber, celery, beetroot,lettuce).
 
Sw sunday roast with sugar free jelly and strawberries

Leftover lasagna and mixed salad
 
Super speedy soup (carrots in water x2, tomatoes, beans, pickled onion & stock cube, blitzed and heated as needed) with 2 wholemeal bread (hexb)
 
Spicy rice. Rice chicken peppers courgette onion carrots all fried together with some tikka powder and garlic yuuuumy!!
 
I had a lovely bowl of homemade butternut squash and carrot soup, along with left over roast chicken and a bowl of salad. It was lovely!
