Sorry for delay!! It was ainsley harriot Moroccan couscous. Normally make my own but a girl at work bought it in to share so I done all the veggies to go in rather than have it with salad xx

Well was meant to be lamb but somehow ordered a joint that was too small lol so having sausages with it too So its Lamb, Quorn sausages, various vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy
