It's a bit boring but I had beans on dry toast and a tomato mug shot....but I was really good seeing as my mum decided to eat a buttery, hot cross bun right next to me....THE SWINE!! Lol
Used the recipe from here, halved the amount of pork, kept the same amount of sauce and slow cooked for 2 1/2 hours. Once cooked, shredded the meat and poured a bit of the remaining juice over the shredded parts until moist and mixed with paprika (for a smokier taste), garlic salt, and Chinese 5 spice (because Chinese chicken is my fav!)
It's divine and I have it divided into small portions syning it by 1 just in case there was a bit of fat left in the juices as I couldn't cut all the fat off! But in theory with all fat removed it should be syn-free on EE
