3 wholegrain ryvita, low low cheese spread and 2 slices of ham. Muller light Greek yogurt. No Superfree. Will have to get fruit or cherry tomatoes for next time.
 
6 rashers of bacon (microwaved no fat) oops, scrambled egg & beans
 
Hot chicken salad with lettuce, rocket, boiled eggs, scallion, tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot.

Half a butternut squash roasted with frylight and garlic, 40g reduced fat cheddar melted in the hollow and 2 m&s mini submarine rolls and an apple - it was yummy!!
