Leftover mac and cheese

Gona ave a massive SW grill-up now shortly which shud mean I won't really need lunch as such, so will just snack on sum fruit n yoghurt later. SW grill-up will b potato cakes, baked beans, syn-free sausages from local butchers, bacon, poached eggs, grilled tomato n frylite-fried mushrooms!!

I just had salmon in lemon and herb sauce with a salad, a mini babaybel light , blueberries and a alpen light bar

i actaully feel guilty eating all that , but it was delish

Off to a meeting today so packed my food optimising lunch- Savoury Rice, baby plum tomatoes, my HEXA of cheese, a MullerLight vanilla and choc yogurt, HEXB of 2 Alpen light bars and an apple- should keep me out of trouble lol!
