There is already a huge thread titles what's for lunch. Loads of us on here are workers and therefore have to have things on the go. Just not sure this thread will stay with all the ones already on the go?

Oh, thanks for that. Just thought it might have been helpful to have a thread specifically for those of us stranded away from home and cooking facilities so we didn't have to trawl through all the non-appropriate lunch ideas which involve cooking or warming up.

Sorry just checked the packet - they are in fact 'Low Fat' & not 'Fat Free' (wishful thinking, but still Syn Free)
