3 egg omlette filled with spring greens sauteed in garlic and shallots, a side salad with betroot and pickled red cabbage all washed down with a large diet coke from macd.
Very busy today at work so when I get the chance I got some microwave veg and a pasta n sauce cheese and broccoli ( made with water) mix that all together and bam quick but very filling lunch! I think I will burn it off just as quick today lol
Not bothered with lunch today - breakfast was so filling although at the time I could've eaten it again - and dinner us in 3 hours lol - I won't eat that if I have lunch
