Last weekend I make a few different soups. Love soup so its celery for me today with the other piece of bread from breakfast.

Also like jacket potato with either a filling and salad or just a bit of cooked meat. Found out the other day you could pre cook the potato and just warm thru in the microwave.

Forward planning seems to be key to success

Have you got the little book of lunches book yet its amaziinggg.. im making Moroccan style turkey kebabs forlunch or the falafel i might do a pick and mix platter to munch on all day as its a busy day though

Where did u get moussaka one from? I can't find it! It's delicious!

Tesco and Sainsburys sell it, it was BOGOF at Sainsburys and 2 for £6 at Tesco.

The Moussaka one is hard to get hold of it, my local Tesco rarely have more than 2 on the shelf and they are short dates, so when I went to Sainsburys they had loads of the shelf and really good dates (28th May and I got them last week!) so I stocked up!!!

I had the same as yesterday, baked potato with onion and chive cottage cheese, lettuce, ham, pineapple and HexA cheese xxxx

Had grilled pork steak (leftover from last night) with a small portion of baked beans and homemade zatziki. This was followed by a big plate of fresh fruit. Feel really satisfied

Some are free, some have a couple syns, I used asda chosen by you 70% fat free onion & chive which is free and also the cracked black pepper one is free, the pineapple one however is not free xxx
