Red day for me so I just had 3 Sainsbury's BGTY sausages (1.5 syns, 1/2 a syn each I think?) 3 scrambled eggs and some ketchup (1 syn). Was delicious

Lunch is a bit random - having mushy peas with a banana and 2 clementines.

I'm trying to use up all my leftovers in the fridge this week before I start on the freezer next week!x

Today I'm having a Tomato & Basil mugshot with 5 scanbran (I break 2 scanbran up and put in with the mugshot so that they soak, then eat the pasta ontop of the remaining 3 scanbran), along with a toffee muller light yoghurt with strawberries & raspberries.

Fills me up until tea time!

It wasn't strictly lunch but you could make for lunch with a salad - the chunky spicy chicken Burgers from the new SW mag! Absolutely fabulous!! So so easy and so so moist x

6 Finn Crisp Original Thin Crisps (HEXb) with 60g lowlow cheese spread (HEXa) & ham. Also got a muller light vanilla yoghurt with melon and raspberries.

Not sure wat 2 ave cos I'd a big cooked breakfast n wana keep syns 2 a minimum, pref nil! I'l mayb rustle up an omelette but I'm open 2 suggestions! lol!
