Yes no problem I use an adapted version of this http://www.channel4.com/4food/recipes/chefs/gordon-ramsay/chicken-tikka-masala-recipe
Use fry light instead of oil, and sweetener instead of sugar - I also had lots of extra super free like peppars, spinach or whatever I fancy

Today lunch consists of spaghetti al Bianco, made with lean mince, carrots, celery, seasonings and garlic, and a stock cube. (from SW mag nov/dec 12) blooming lovely!

The rolls were two healthy B's, the two cheese slices a healthy A , 2 syns for the light mayo, and 5 syns for the squares.
