Pasta n veg frittata with salad, pickles & maybe some salad cream or mayo or something (?)

Cold fritatta with spinach, green peppers, spring onions and chilli. Followed by a banana, an apple, some grapes and a couple of satsumas (these will be spread out through the day though....too much to eat all at once!)
 
Carrot and lentil soup, ryvita topped with spring onions and cottage cheese. Fruit
 
Tesco falafel and butternut squash salad with a packet of Special K cracker crisps and a Lindor 'my melting moment'. Yum!! :)

Noodles, broccoli, cabbage, sugar snap peas, all mixed on worth a dressing of soy sauce ginger garlic and rice vinegar
 
I shouldn't have read these posts at this time of night - they are making me hungry!

My lunch was homemade sweet potato, parsnip and cannellini bean soup with one slice of 800g wholemeal toast (HEB) and 30g cheddar (HEA) followed by an apple
 
Leek and potato soup, wm bread to dunk in, lemon Greek yog and a banana
 
I am impressed that you know exactly what you are having for lunch in the morning. Is a bit of a last minute decider!
