Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Beef Steak and West Country Cheddar burger (4 Syns) on a HEX wholemeal roll, maybe with some HEX cheese melted over, with a side salad.

Yum! Hungry already!

I haven't been to group for a while so I've lost my online access
It's a new product I think from their 'Love Life' range and it was yummy. A small portion but was filling with some extra veg.
The whole thing was 425 calories and the cod, peas, spinach and rice would be free so I doubt its a lot of Syns but I've often been caught out by that before!
