I decided to Roast a chicken last night, so it's chicken salad for lunch with melon pieces and a banana alongside it.
I use the the NuMe dressings, they have some nice ones to brighten my salad up.
First Weigh in tonight...

I had Batchelors cup a pasta (prefer mugshot) and some raw carrot, cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper.
Got some butternut squash soup as an afternoon snack. Piggy!
