I quickly made some parsnip soup with 1 laughing cow blue cheese triangle blitzed into it, bit of salt and pepper, went down a treat

Lunch today is curried carrot and parsnip soup with wholemeal bread healthy extra. Was lovely and filling and got some left for a cup of soup later if I want it.

I got me some bulgarwheat and feta salad from waitrose.
New item so no syns online.

Used the calculator which said 8 syns but there is 20g of feta in there. Can I take off 3 syns as half my HeA?
