I had spaghetti with tuna, blue cheese dressing (sainsburys be good to yourself, 0.5syns per tablespoon), lettuce, tomato, cucumber and 3.5syns worth of Parmesan. Really yummy and filling.

3.5 on green/EE and 4.5 on red This is for the cottage pies in the purple packs and not the blue pack, the one in the blue pack is a lot higher xx
