Tesco chilli noodle salad (1.5) with half a packet of Tesco BBQ chunky chicken pieces (0.5), sliced red pepper and spring onions.
 
Wholemeal roll filled with grated low fat cheddar, carrot and red onion mixed with light mayo <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=153781"/>
That roll looks huuuuge lol is that a healthy extra one? Should be about 120 cals per roll roughly? Lol...It's just a close up with my iPad, makes food look enormous!

And, yes it is a hexb, it's a Warburtons wholemeal roll, and weighs on average 58g. xx
 
Leftover beetroot, black bean and feta hash with some mixed leaves.
 
I have just about run out of all food in the house so I've had a cheese, leek and ham Pasta & Sauce with some mushrooms to bulk up at least a bit of super free. Cooked it last night & reheated in work's microwave. Plus some satsumas to get me through the afternoon!
