Fry up 
I skin Tesco healthy living cumberland pork sausages and wrap around a hard boiled egg, I find that 1.5 sausages wrap them perfectly, spray with frylight and bake in the oven.

Really trying a no syn day due to yesterday so

Sardines in tomato sauce on toast (1 healthy extra) it was ok prefer mackerel in tomatoe sauce though. Glad i only brought the one tin
