WHAT'S FOR SUNDAY TEA?

Fish and chips!!! after the gym of corse..

i cod fillit, marinated in lemon and dill for one hour, .. then coat with egg and use sprinkle with breadcrums and parsley , spray with frylight and flip over and repeat... wrap in foil and cook for 20, then unwrap and cook for further 10 or untill done.. with slimmingw orld chips, parsnips and veg :D xxxxxx
 
Quorn cumberland sausages, poached eggs & SW chips with a piece of bread & butter..mmm

Oh and now some very high syn flapjack...oh well:rolleyes:
