Hi All 2nd week on the diet lost 16lb,trying the bars the week as want something different,what do you all think of the bars? any tips,some people say free them? Thanks Gemma
Personally I like Cranberry and peanut ... cranberry mainly, I think its yummy!! Ive not frozen mine yet either, will give it a go and Im going to try a small piece in the microwave too ..... supposed to make it biscuity??
