What's the best place to eat out when you are on SW

Hi - my OH and I will spend the weekend in Manchester and we need to go out for dinner at night.

Now I was trying to find a place that's most SW friendly...We would also be able to nip into Sainsburys and buy something but as we have no cooking facilities there won't be many options (not even baked beans )

Any idea?

I reckon Harvester- you can get a completely free meal there.

Or you could always do chinese and have have low syn stuff there.

Their spitroast chicken (skin removed)/ chicken breast are syn free and if you ask them not to baste the grilled meats theyre free. Then the jacket potatoes- FREE and the huge salad bar. You can also have a free dessert- the fruit skewers (just don't have the icecream or have it and count as 7syns).

I don't know where you're staying but there isnt a harvister in Manchester - at least not in the centre
