Whats the calorie total on lipotrim ???

hi all, i used to do lipotrim and had a good start on it, but then moved to new zealand where you cant get it so i have found a total food replacement called optifast over here.. which i am happy about but the total calories are around 450 with the three daily sachets..

was is it this low on lipo trim?? pls help x

Hi Emma, LT is exactly the same calorie wise. Around 450 cals. Basically all the calories you need for your body to survive and burn off the fat.

How are you finding your diet over there then?

oh, thanks for that.. seems low.. but hey it worked on lipo trim..

its going well over here, i have eaten like its a holiday for 9 months so got a stone or two too lose.. but hopefully will get there again!!
i guess it may help not having as big a social life too, with not knowing so many people, hopefully theres less occasions to cheat at!!

how did you do on lipotrim, having stopped to have a baby.. exciting!!

I lost almost 4 stone prior to falling pregnant so I'm happy that I lost a fair chunk of weight before hand. When the baby is born, I'll give my body a chance to recover and then go back on the Lipotrim.
