what's the difference between cwp and ll?

    Just wondering why protein is limited on cwp when I seem to remember that bacon, pork etc were allowed on ll lite?

    Hmmm I'd be interested to find that out too, I have no clue about LL Lite and don't know what is and isn't allowed, hopefully someone will know the answer!

    Yeah was looking thru the ll forum and remember my time on it vaguely, seems odd that the choices are more restrictive with very similar if not equal losses?

    Also wishing I was on LL for the last few days.... Apparently they have a new toffee and yoghurt bar and I miss the Peanut Bars :(:(
    I'm sure it was a fair few quid more a week tho... :(
