Hi all,
I've set myself a goal of losing 41lbs in 10 weeks and I wondered if this could really be done.
I wanted to know what was the most other people have lost in that time scale, not including peoples first weeks.
Can weight loss be boosted? I'd love some tips and advice. I have started some mild exersize but not a lot as I know it can slow your losses sometimes.
And I try to drink a lot of water!
